Business Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between clients and the development team. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, understanding business processes, and helping to deliver solutions that align with client needs. This is an entry-level position, so training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate execution
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and challenges.
• Validate deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, feedback, and updates.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring smooth communication.
• Take regular updates from developers on project progress and timelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to understand client needs and project details.
• Assist BDEs in preparing proposals, documentation, and presentations for clients.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, project requirements, and changes.
• Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide insights for better decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management basics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Quick learner with an eagerness to grow and adapt.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Awareness of software/web development lifecycle and estimation techniques
