We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our IT sales and marketing team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and helping close new business for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Utilize bidding portals (such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others) to generate leads.
  • Handle the end-to-end business development process, including bidding, client acquisition, and project negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client project requirements and provide suitable work quotations, cost estimates, and timeline projections.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective clients and track interactions.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets set by the company.

Experience: 0 years to 2 years

Technical Skills: English Strong communication, Self-Motivated & Goal Oriented, knowledge of bidding portal.
